We have again renewed our agreement with Class on Demand to provide union members access to their extensive library of online, video-based training courses.
Class on Demand is also providing three months membership to their brand new training site, StudioBacklot, to every member in good standing.
Sign up for your FREE access today.
Local 53 will reimburse members seventy-five percent (75%) or up to a maximum of $2,000.00 per year for approved training costs and there are no limitations on the number of courses you can attend in a calendar year.
You must be an active Local 53 member in good standing for one (1) full year and continue to be in good standing until the last day of your training. If for any reason you fall into bad standing, after you have been approved, your application will be revoked immediately.
You must complete the enclosed training application form and return it to the NABET-CWA Local 53 Union office for approval. If you need an application call the Union office. Please note that the Local 53 President must approve all applications prior to training.
Upon completion of your approved class you will need to submit proof of payment and a copy of your certificate of completion to the Local 53 office in order to get reimbursed.
Note: Any software purchased and reimbursed by this program will be retained by the Union after completion of the course.
If you have any questions, please call the Local 53 office.
